Ji Qinghe was born in the east of Hebei in 1939. He served as Director of the Art Studio of Liaoning Film Studio and is a National Second-Class Artist，a director and a member of China Artists Association. His representative works include New Sprouts，Brilliantly Illuminated and Comrades.
